E.Morell-Rivera Architects & Consultants, LLC. is a professional services corporation established in 2002 and lead by Architect Edgar Morell Rivera.
EMR-A&C,. has been involved in design, master planning, presentations, design development, space planning, consulting, coordination between disciplines, construction support, supervision and inspection for industrial, pharmaceutical, medical/hospital, commercial, residential and transportation facilities.
Our professional expertise enables us to provide any service required, as our personnel has vast experience in architecture and all engineering disciplines (civil, mechanical, structural, electrical, etc…)
In addition, EMR-A&C, PSC employs administrative personnel on a full-time permanent basis for additional support.
Agency compliance
EMR-A&C, LLC is in compliance with all agencies.
Insurance
EMR-A&C,LLC. is in compliance with the required coverage and limits listed in
the RFQ.
Our policies include:
• CFSE- Permanent Policy
• Commercial Liability with Stop Gap
• Hired Auto, and Professional Liability, and auto liability coverage.
• Commontly request for qualification (RFQ).
Financial Resources
EMR-A&C, LLC. has all the financial resources required including working capital and various credit lines to cover operational costs during the project development.
Fully Equiped
EMR-A&C, LLC. is fully equipped with all the software and licenses required to provide the services and furnish all deliverables.
Licensure
Both partners Architects and the Consultants Engineers all have their license in Good Standing Status and never have been suspended to practice in Puerto Rico or anywhere else.
Legal Proceedings
EMR-A&C,LLC or any of his members have never been involved or have pending issues in any legal procedure.
